Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and modern but being located near the noisy indoor pool posed some challenges. The service was exceptional and professional, providing a pleasant experience overall. The location was nice but had some litter issues and did not honor loyalty cards. The dining experience was worth it though a bit expensive for the quality.
The hotel was spacious and didn't make us feel cramped. However, the rooms are in need of updates from their old condition. The service was exceptional and continued to be friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our event at Pitt Race but had some trash scattered around. The dining experience was better than standard freebies but the coffee was disappointing. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had bedbugs, which was unsanitary and unpleasant. However, the staff seemed sympathetic to the conditions of the facility. The location was adequate, but there wasn't much to do around the area. The dining options were better than typical freebies but a little pricey. Overall, some aspects were disappointing, but there were also some positives.
